Gift vouchers
 | Current Health and Hygiene regulations mean that we are unable to exchange or refund pierced earrings. For the same reason we cannot exchange swimwear if the hygienic strip has been taken out of the bottoms. Please try these items on over your own underwear.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it to the address on your delivery note, with proof of purchase within 10 days of delivery and we will give you a refund or exchange provided the item:
- is returned in its original packaging including the organza bag;
- is unworn;
- is unwashed;
- has all labels intact.
We do not refund postage unless the item is faulty. We do not charge postage on exchanges. Please ensure you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office (no charge) when returning items to us as we are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses. |
